Mangan Graphics is a trading name of Mangan Print Limited, a print business based in Masterton, Wairarapa, New Zealand. Our website is mangan.co.nz.
What information we collect
When you use our site we may collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number when you place an order or submit a quote request
- Your organisation or club name if provided
- Artwork files you upload for printing
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never store card details
- Google account name and email if you sign in with Google
How we use your information
- To fulfil your print order and contact you about it
- To respond to quote requests
- To send order confirmations and updates
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services
We use the following services to operate our site:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Google OAuth — optional sign-in
- Vercel — website hosting and anonymous usage analytics
- Resend — sending order and quote emails
- Replicate — image upscaling, only when you choose to enhance a low-resolution image in the design tool
- CloudConvert — converting EPS / Illustrator artwork so the design tool can preview it (files are deleted from their servers within 24 hours)
- AddressFinder — New Zealand address lookup at checkout
- Our garment suppliers and couriers — the details needed to supply and deliver your order
Data retention
We retain order information for as long as necessary to fulfil orders and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to access and correct personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at mangangraphics@xtra.co.nz.
