Packed and sent via courier. NZ-wide delivery typically next business day.
Artwork must be print-ready
Rush orders can't wait for artwork revisions. Files should be high resolution (300dpi+), correct colours, and ready to print. Not sure? Email your file to mangangraphics@xtra.co.nz and we'll check it before you order.

Common questions
Is rush available for all orders?
Rush is available for printing orders under 25 items. Larger runs require additional setup time — for those we recommend planning at least 7 working days. Embroidery rush is also available, contact us to confirm capacity.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimums — rush orders work for a single piece or a small run. For larger rush quantities (50+) please call us first to confirm capacity.
What if my artwork isn't ready?
The 3-day clock starts when we have print-ready artwork. If you're not sure whether your file is ready, send it through and we'll let you know immediately.
Does the 3 days include shipping?
No — 3 working days is production time. Add 1–2 days for courier delivery depending on where you are in NZ. Masterton locals can pick up directly from the shop.
What's the rush surcharge?
Rush orders carry a flat $15 surcharge per order, applied at checkout. This covers prioritised scheduling and same-day processing.
